When playing in a band or accompanying a singer, one of the most common accompaniment styles of Country keyboard playing is to use alternating bass notes in the left hand part while playing chords with the right hand. The following example demonstrates the chord voicings you have learned played by the right hand.
In the next two examples the left hand plays the bass notes and the right hand plays the chords. The next example uses only the roots of the chords, while the example that follows it alternates between the root and the fifth of each chord.
Here’s one using the same style in ^ time. This time the chord is played twice after each bass note. The bass note is on beat one and the chords are on beats two and three.
