The C note on your harmonica a little bit too low to fit on the staff.
The C note is written just below the treble staff on a short line (called a ledger line).

The Quarter Rest
This symbol is called a quarter rest. It means that there is one count of silence. Do not play any note. We place small counting numbers under rests.
If your first song, called Can you C?, there are four C notes and four quarter rests. You will play one C note, then rest for one count. Take a breath during the rest. The symbol (:) will help remind you how to breathe during the rest.
