Combinations in Sixteenth Notes
When your hands get used to the sticking, try playing the accented notes as rim shots on the Snare Drum.
A rim shot is when the stick strikes the rim of the drum and the skin at the same time.
Play the above exercise using the right hand on bell of Cymbal or Cowbell. Notice how the left hand plays a continuous two note pattern.
