The high F# or Gb note cannot be played on some saxophones. If this is the case with your horn, just play the second line of the example below.
Once you have control of these new notes, Try playing a chromatic scale starting on low Bb and ending on high F# as shown below. If you can’t play the high F# on your particular instrument, end the ascending scale with the high F.
