A major seventh chord is created by adding a major 3rd on top of a major triad. As with triads, there are many different ways of playing major 7th arpeggios on the guitar fretboard. Some of these are shown in the following diagrams.

There is no TAB here, but you already know all the notes, it’s just a matter of equating the dots with finger positions. Write the names under the notes if you need to, but a better way to improve your reading is to work them out mentally and name the notes out loud as you play.
Once you start to feel comfortable with the various fingerings for major 7th arpeggios, try improvising with them and moving between the various forms as shown in the example below.
