Example Thirty One uses two different extended G chord licks. The first is similar to the licks found in Lesson Six – F Chord Licks. The second extension is played on the tenth fret with the bass line played on the open third and fourth strings.
Example Thirty Two is based upon some of the tricks used in Lesson Three – G Chord Licks but uses a more complicated bass line. Notice the left hand fingering to play the bass notes on the fourth string.
