The following example uses octave notes. The accent has been placed on the "and" count of each beat and syncopation is highlighted by the use of eighth note rests.
This example is a variation of example 74.
The timing of the following example is the same as that of example 75, but the syncopation is achieved by the use of ties, creating a legato feel.
