Major Chord Arpeggio
In the following progression, a riff is created by using chord notes.
The chord notes in the of arpeggio playing ( i.e., playing a chord in note form). It creates the following pattern on the fretboard.
Major chord arpeggio
Starting on the 4th string
Starting on the 3rd string
Play the following major chord arpeggio examples.
In arpeggio playing it is possible to use any combination of the chord notes and also any timing variations. For example, example 103 could be played I - III - VIII - V using a dotted quarter note and eighth note rhythm as such:
